In-Person Hospital Filing in Osaka
Our domestic liaison hand-delivers your complete application package and imaging media directly to the hospital coordination window, including Osaka International Cancer Institute, for clinical screening and physician review.

On-Site Reception & Document Transfer
Once the hospital accepts the case, we coordinate the appointment date. On consultation day, our liaison supports reception, check-in, and intake logistics, while the clinical consultation is strictly between you, your interpreter, and the physician. We facilitate collection and certified delivery of your official medical opinion letter.

Second opinions provide diagnostic clarity and treatment recommendations, such as Precision Medicine, genomic targets, or Heavy Ion Therapy. Should you choose to pursue clinical treatment in Japan, we facilitate a direct transfer to registered medical visa guarantors licensed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for official visa sponsorship and clinical intake.
