Japan Medical Concierge is an independent clinical coordination and dossier management service based in Osaka, Japan. We specialize in bridging the gap between international executive patients, their assistants, and premier Japanese medical and dental institutions.
Unlike conventional high-volume medical tourism agencies, we operate as an independent coordination service. We provide highly personalized, discreet, and structured logistical support tailored to patients seeking advanced oncology second opinions and specialized dental care (such as CEREC treatments) in the Kansai region.
Our Core Principles & Independent Position
To ensure absolute transparency and compliance with professional and legal standards, our operational scope is strictly defined:
Logistics, Not Medical Diagnosis: We assist with medical dossier formatting, intake form preparation, and schedule coordination. We do not provide medical translation, medical interpretation, medical advice, clinical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical support.
The "Hospital Decides" Policy: All clinical decisions, treatment evaluations, and consultations are conducted strictly between independently licensed Japanese physicians/dentists and the patient. We maintain a neutral, third-party stance and never interfere with medical judgments.
No Visa Sponsorship or Non-Attorney Representation: We do not offer visa sponsorship, legal agency, or financial brokering.
